When Boredom Kicks in....

We've all been there. Whether it's just an hour, a few minutes or sometimes it lasts a whole day! Life feels boring sometimes... But you know what's so fun about being bored? (I know a bit contradicting.) Anything seems fun!
Because your at such a low in doing anything, your body just wants some dopamine and can be easily triggered with just about anything!
During these times its the best to be productive but chances are its probably 12-5pm (or 12-18 o'clock) and you don't want to do anything. So, this is where I bring some logic I brought in from other blogs I've written.
Mess around with things that you already like and switch them to be slightly productive. When I say productive people instantly think of getting things done and yes it does mean producing something with effort.
However! Being productive can be indirect too. We all understand that to be productive we obviously need a brain. The better the brain is at functioning, the better the result. So, by improving our brain abilities to process, think, be creative, memorize, and practically do everything a brain is supposed to, then we can get a lot more work done!

So, without doing work and the motivation to do work, we can make work easier in the future by still having fun in the present! Minecraft, I always use Minecraft as an example because it's so good.
A lot of love Minecraft (I think that's safe to assume) but also Minecraft is a great educational game and allows for a lot of creativity! I've personally learned a lot of stuff from Minecraft in my time.
So by having fun we can still improve our creative mind, maybe improve architecture understanding if we really get into it and if your playing with a friend you can socialize, be happier and increase your mental state!
Those are all key things to living a successful life! It all started with boredom. Boredom has shown to increase productivity by a huge margin, so by making yourself bored it is already increasing your patience, focus, and productivity.
That's a lot of upgrades for just chilling. Obviously too much gaming can be bad, if you're playing with a friend it's probably even harder to get off as well. So rather than getting off just make sure you take a few breaks. Theres a good term I like to call them called "Snack Breaks".
They don't have to actually get a snack but it's a good excuse to get up, walk, do a couple steps and return back to playing.
So, incoporating boredom is good but otherwise try to make a positive thing out of it. Try to have fun still but sublty improve parts of the brain. Remember boredom is helping your brain as well to though it's something you want to avoid.
