Now what does it mean?
Meaning
It's all about perspective.
This has happened to when playing basketball in my driveway. I was out there for a while, and I was starting to get fatigued but all I needed to do was act like I wasn't tired and manipulated my brain into having more energy and it definitely worked.
Obviously, there are more simple ways to do this in day-to-day life.
For example, school.
Instead of viewing it as a workday, task, and stressful place.
Start repeatedly telling your brain, it's fun, a place to improve my stress levels and learn new skills.
I like to do this with school too!
Rather than viewing Global class as a way to learn what happened in 1969 (did anything even happen during than?) I view it as a place to improve skills such as notetaking, verbal communication, and memory.
So look for the benefits in life in things you might hate!
