Challenge yourself to hold a plank—even if just for a minute! While watching the show, track how long you can hold it. Maybe this can act as a daily competition for yourself! You know those racing games that show your previous best in a transparent car?


Pretend you have a transparent version of you right in front of you and compete against it! I recommend having a timer or stopwatch going so you can fully focus on your show still!

  • Use a Fitness App: Track your movements fitness apps that log your movements. You’ll be surprised to find your leg lifts and push-ups add up!
